Calm beats clever
We’d rather make the lobby quieter than make the dashboard flashier. Every interaction earns its keep.
We grew up in family-run hotels, side-hustled at boutique residences, and worked the night shift in places where everything was scribbled in a leather book. MSK Guestbook is what we wished those books could do.
Founded in 2026 by a hotelier, designer, and engineer, MSK Guestbook was created to solve the operational challenges we experienced first-hand across hospitality. But its story began much earlier.
The idea first took shape in 2010, after years spent working across reception, housekeeping, maintenance, reservations, guest communication, administration, and the countless moving parts that keep hospitality running every day. Throughout that journey, one thing remained constant: The Guestbook.
Not just the leather-bound book sitting behind reception, but the notes, reminders, handovers, requests, and conversations that held entire operations together. For over 16 years, we watched hospitality become more digital, yet often more fragmented. New systems were introduced, departments became increasingly disconnected, and valuable information was scattered across platforms, devices, and teams.
MSK Guestbook was born from a simple belief: hospitality should feel connected.
What started as an idea to modernise the traditional guestbook has evolved into something far greater — a connected operational ecosystem designed to bring guests, teams, properties, services, and suppliers together in one place. Today, as MSK Guestbook enters its final stages before launch, those years of experience, lessons, and scribbled notes have become the foundation of a platform built to help shape what hospitality was always meant to be about: people, connection, accountability, and exceptional service.

Plain language, well chosen — because hospitality is about the small things, done well.
We’d rather make the lobby quieter than make the dashboard flashier. Every interaction earns its keep.
Every screen is sweated over. Every flow is a finished sentence. No half-built features hide behind toggles.
We’re a small team that ships like a craft house — slowly enough to get it right, often enough to keep up.
Built from handwritten notes, designed for the future of hospitality.
MSK Guestbook began with something familiar to every hotelier: handwritten notes, rushed handovers, scattered messages, and teams trying to stay connected while everything moved around us. Behind every guest request was the same question:
Why isn't hospitality truly connected?
For fifteen years, the idea grew through real hospitality experience. Reception desks, housekeeping rounds, maintenance issues, supplier calls, guest conversations, and late-night problems all revealed the same truth: hospitality was becoming more digital, but not more connected. The industry had more systems than ever, yet people were still holding everything together.
The idea was never just to build another app. It was to create the missing layer between guests, teams, properties, suppliers, and services — a place where hospitality could finally operate as one connected ecosystem. The guestbook was no longer just a book. It became the beginning of something bigger.
Founded by a hotelier, designer, and engineer, MSK Guestbook was created from lived experience, not theory. Its mission is simple:
To reconnect hospitality from the inside out.
What started in 2010 is now entering its final stages before launch. MSK Guestbook has grown into a connected hospitality platform designed to simplify operations, improve accountability, and bring every part of the guest journey together. The scribbled notes have become a system. The system is becoming a new way for hospitality to work.
Hospitality has always been about people. MSK Guestbook is here to help them work, connect, serve, and grow together — through one platform built for the future of the industry.
The next chapter of MSK Guestbook is about more than launching a product. It’s about building a company with the people who understand where hospitality is going, and who may want the chance to own a part of that future.
