Guest Portal Terms
1. Who provides the portal
MSK GUESTBOOK LIMITED (company number 17262129), of 66-68 Inverness Terrace, London, England, W2 3LB. Contact info@mskguestbook.com. MSK supplies technology to support the guest journey. The accommodation provider ("Property") you are staying at determines which features are available and is responsible for your booking, accommodation and related services.
2. Access and eligibility
You may access the portal for a reservation you are entitled to manage. Keep access codes, links and credentials confidential. Do not share portal access with anyone not entitled to manage your reservation unless the portal expressly permits it. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the portal.
3. Portal features and property communications
Features depend on what the Property has enabled. A feature appearing in general marketing of the portal does not mean every Property offers it. Information provided through the portal about a property, its facilities, offers and policies is provided by or on behalf of that Property; MSK is not responsible for its accuracy.
4. Identity documents and device permissions
Where the Property has enabled identity verification or other optional features, you will be asked to provide relevant information or to grant device permissions. Optional camera, location, notification or device-unlock features will be explained at the point you are invited to use them. You may decline optional features; the Property may offer alternative processes.
5. Prices, payments and booking changes
MSK does not charge you a portal-access fee under these Terms. Accommodation charges, extras and applicable taxes are set by and payable to the Property. Any booking change, cancellation or refund is governed by the Property's booking terms and applicable consumer law. No cancellation waiver is created by accepting these Portal Terms.
6. Messages, content and acceptable use
Use the portal respectfully and lawfully. Our Acceptable Use Policy describes prohibited conduct, including but not limited to: fraud, misrepresentation, harassment, unlawful content, unauthorised access and circumvention of security controls. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and the content of messages you send through the portal.
7. Personal information and communications
MSK's Privacy Notice and Guest Privacy Summary explain MSK's processing of your information. The Property's privacy notice governs the Property's use of your booking and stay information. Accepting these Terms does not subscribe you to MSK marketing or Property marketing; those are separate choices.
8. Changes, restriction and ending access
MSK may update these Terms to reflect changes in the portal, law or reasonable operational requirements. The version and date are displayed with these Terms. Portal access may end or be restricted when the relevant stay or authorised access period ends, or if access is suspended for misuse in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy.
9. Our responsibility
We will provide our portal service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. MSK is not responsible for the Property's accommodation services, pricing, booking policies or conduct.
10. Complaints and disputes
