Subscription, Payment and Activation Policy

1. Who provides the platform

2. Choose and review your package

Before a paid commitment, we show you:

• The package and included features
• Property, unit and user allowances
• Billing period and renewal terms
• Cancellation terms
• Currency and applicable taxes
• Onboarding fees and any additional charges
• Total due at first payment

3. Registration, review and payment

Registration creates an application. An acknowledgement of your registration or enquiry is not paid-order acceptance or activation of your account. A paid Agreement begins when MSK sends written acceptance identifying the Order and applicable terms. We may carry out reasonable verification before accepting an Order.

4. Activation and the subscription period

We activate paid access after: (a) approval of your Order; (b) confirmation of successful initial payment; and (c) completion of any stated activation requirements described in your Order. We send a separate activation notice confirming that access has been enabled. The subscription period begins on the date stated in that notice.

5. Free trial and invited access

Free or trial access follows the stated eligibility, duration and limits explained when the trial is offered. A trial becomes a paid subscription only after your express acceptance of the paid Order and MSK's written confirmation. Invited or otherwise granted complimentary access does not become paid access automatically.

6. Notifications and payment problems

We use the email address supplied during registration for necessary notices including order confirmation, activation, invoices, renewal reminders and payment issues. Keep this address current. A failed payment does not activate paid access. If a renewal payment fails, we will notify you and allow a reasonable period to resolve the issue before suspending or terminating access.
